Focus Spaces for Zilenzio

Focus Spaces is the next chapter of our Focus collection for Zilenzio, first developed in 2016 to bring privacy to the open workplace. With Focus Spaces, the original idea evolves from individual compartmentalisation towards a more collective spatial experience.

The modular system creates open yet intimate environments that encourage conversation, connection and collaboration. Soft, generous seating contrasts with the hard and functional language of traditional office furniture, introducing a sense of comfort and ease. Focus Spaces creates informal settings where people can meet, pause, exchange ideas or retreat for moments of concentration. Its modular elements can be combined in multiple configurations, adapting to different spaces, needs and ways of working.

At the heart of the design is the idea of the campfire: a natural gathering point that draws people together. Focus Spaces brings this sense of community into the workplace, balancing privacy and interaction while creating an atmosphere that supports wellbeing, creativity and connection.
